I've just had two sensors replaced and the loom inspected. As soon as I drove away from the garage the fault flagged back up. I'm trying my best not to lose patience with itD4.5 Facelift, Lazer ST4, Prospeed underbody and rack, IID BT, Compomotive/BFG KO2, Series MFlaps, RAI, Dog Gd+XBB, Alive Tuned, T-Max/YellowTop, RemoteFBH, GlassesMod, WheelWinchMod, Jack Mod, LED Mods, Seized Crank Mod....

Robbie,
Is there any reason why both years are enabled? I assume they don't quite mean what they're labelled as?

Hi all,
I must be in the conspiracy too, couple of weeks ago the same happened and the next day it healed.
Now it has happened again....
Mine is a MY12, seems to be a pattern here.
Just searching the forum for best fix.
Does anyone have a confirm solution ? Is it change the sensors??
Thanks

Well... this is a bit embarassing. It turns out my battery needed changing. It was completely shot. 11.3V yesterday morgning. After changing to a fresh one, camera and sensors work perfectly... so that's that one sorted.

Had a lengthy chat when I was in getting it sorted (among other things) today....apparently they're seeing a good few of these now, and it's usually the wiring getting chaffed due to the routing, not the actual sensor.
That was the case with mine, and was a simple fix, so probably worth mentioning"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt" ?.....what rubbish...

I've had the parking sensors drop out at well on my MY10. Had local place take a quick look and it's one of the sensors though probably wiring has been rubbed IMO.
Why would someone design these things to serial rather than parallel?! Did they never have Christmas tree lights as a kid?!

No!
there are one signal for each sensor....
But, as SW strategy, if one sensor is faulty all system goes on error. By the IIDTool you can check the reading of each one sensor though one or more are faulty
Just to add to the fray: My 2012 MY D4 had a similar fault, it would lose the rear camera and all sensors. Turned out to be chaffed wiring around the front "bumper". Initially it was intermittent, and then gradually got more frequent.
Since it was repaired, about 12 months ago, ( I might regret this next statement!) it's been perfect.
