FBH Timed Climate blowing cold when cold outside, help!

Hi guys,
Right, set timer when it comes on it is blowing cold air (obviously its recently so its cold outside).
While at Robbies he plugged it into his IID Tool to see that the internal temperature sensor was showing 34 degrees, so we assumed it was broken and needed to be replaced.

I am also making the assumption that when the FBH Timed climate comes on it goes onto 'auto'?

So, have cleaned out the Sensor as when i ordered one from land rover they sent me the outside one not the inside one, despite me telling them the correct one (typical land rover) and when i now put the auto air on while the car is running it appears to be working correctly, e.g. if i set it to 25degrees it pumps out hot air, so it must not be thinking the car is perpetually 34 anymore. The sensor did have a lot of Censored in it....

I also notice that say i get in the car while the fbh is on and its blowing cold, and then turn it on and its been set to auto 25degrees before i left it, that the air stream goes from cold to hot.

So what do we think? Sensor broken? FBH broken? Something else broken? Or me doing the wrong thing, maybe im setting the system up wrong?

Btw, its a November 59plate D4.

Any advice recieved shall be faithfully applied Very Happy

FBH will run only if the outside temp is below 15°C, otherwise the car blow "fresh" air.....

Problem persists under 15degrees. You can hear the FBH running but air is cold.
This has even happened with Ice on car

Is the fbh getting hot and the coolant warming up?

Is the coolant FBH pump running?

has your car the FBH 3-way valve installed (see below pics)?

If you can leave it with me so I can run it from cold I will see what I can do.
