Reminds me... I was on an overnight train out of Paris. We had a sleeper with a toilet.. Having a pee and looked out the window to see a full commuter train going exactly the same speed as us about 6 inches from our train... I just hit the floor Big Cry ... Had to ask my wife when the train had departed the adjacent track so I could stand up ... It was no use she was in stitches for an hour.. Rolling with laughter

I was there too Shocked So was Mick Hucknall and that ginger bird who did the lesbian kissing in Brookside. Not sure either were responsible for the unpleasantness in the urinal..... Very Happy

My mate (actually, someone I know vaguely from years ago but is quite rich - hence why I call him my mate ) claims that him and his brother were the first ones to remove C and S from the sign.

Given he also used to go around Manchester dressed as a superhero and chase scrotes for fun, they may have been.

I was born and brought up in Manchester (Eccles), and it was happening in the early 70s for sure when I used to go out drinking in the city centre. No idea when it first started.
