Any advice gratefully received |

In my 'relentless' pursuit of a Disco 3 I may have stumbled across one with a dealer that is giving me a decent p/x for mine.
It has an MOT til April 18 but in the last MOT it had several advisories:
Brake pipe slightly corroded (3.6.B.2c)
Power steering component(s) has slight seepage from a component steering rack (2.3.3b)
Offside Front Anti-roll bar linkage has slight play in a ball joint (2.4.G.2)
Oil leak ()
Front Lower Suspension arm rubber bush deteriorated but not resulting in excessive movement (2.4.G.2)
I know a few of these advisories seem to crop up a lot of Discos (and other LR's). Is there anything to worry about. The oil and power steering concern me

Try Advanced factors for the price of a steering rack and add appropriate amounts for fitting and four wheel alignment, use that to barter.

Rack might not actually be leaking at all, pas pump banjo bolt on mine was leaking very slightly and dripping down onto the n/side rack gaiter and looked exactly like a failed pas rack seal, cleaned off and nipped bolt been dry ever since.
