I even turned the BT box off just to make sure and it worked fine on EE, and we were away in the tintent last week on a site with no WiFi and it worked fine all last week too. So its not EE on it own.==================================

Same with me ... WiFi off and it's fine on EE mobile data.
Is this a new issue for you guys? EE had serious network issues last week so could be knock on effect of that?.

Thanks for all the feedback on this, it's hanging over since the server move and it's proving extremely difficult to trace. I'm on EE and have no issues at all with mobile data

but only some of the TT servers know who you are ... so it's hunting around them until it finds one that does. shoddy on their part but perhaps same issue applies elsewhere ?
