Spare wheel... steelie???
The spare on my 64' plate D4 is a steel rim. I see many people with a proper alloy as a spare.
How was this specced from new? Was steel standard with an alloy offered as an upgrade? Or has everyone simply bought an alloy spare and replaced?

The steel spare was standard and the full size spare was about £180 as an option Cheers Ian

Thanks! All noted. So a full size spare and security Ray plate may be in order.

Keep an eye out on here as spare wheels are quite often for sale but definitely get a spare wheel protector from uncle Ray Cheers Ian
