Dropped door? Common problem ???

My (new to me) D4 has a low passenger front door. I only picked it up last week and noticed it the first day. It's been back to dealer and they claimed to have fixed it (they haven't).

Is this a known issue? Do Disco doors drop often and if so, over what time?
