Sweet Jesus. I have don a lot of reading on this issue over the past day. Known issues not warrantied sounds like the biggest load of bull I have ever read. All they would have to do is classify a failed pasrt as a known issue and they could wiggle out of it.

Yes our's has the camera too! It also keeps you motivated to keep the car clean as it is hard to see out when it is dirty!
I eventually went with a warranty direct policy with main dealer hourly charge allowance. I got a good discount and half the price of the car care plan's branded warranty.
