There’s a folder for the disco 3
L319 MK3 - Discovery 3
In there there is a subfolder for wiring diagrams
If you can’t see it, try leaving and reloading the OneDrive

There's a wire under the car near the transmission to the transfer case. On an off road trip I pulled that out of the plug and had lots of errors, relating to transfer case, special programs not available and low range not available. Easy enough to reconnect and all errors cleared.

There's a wire that comes down from around the back end of the gear box down, then towards the transfer case. It's visible from the passenger side (on a RHD car). There's a connector towards the transfer case. I would make sure that the connectors are "home". I'll take a photo of it in a bit and post it.

Are you talking about the 3 pin multiplug that plugs in above the transfer box motor ? Transfer box sensor ?
I removed this plug and there was water in it , dried off but fault and codes still presesnt

I thought the plug only had 2 pins - but mine is a poverty pack 2011 car - but yes it goes to the top of the transfer case. Sorry I'll take a picture my morning, it's a bit dark now.

Ok it may be dark but the phone didn't do that bad a job.
This photo is taken from the passenger side, lying on the ground so the camera angle is up a little. The black connector in the circle has 2 wides running to it. These were the ones that came out, probably due to a twig or something.
Contrary to what I said earlier, this connector is at the bottom of the transfer case, not the top.
As you can see this isn't the LR auto electricians finest work

If there was water in it, there may be corrosion at the back of the pinDave
