My 2005 D3 HSE

I've had my D3 almost a year now. I bought from a forum member who upgraded to a D4. The car was very well looked after and came with loads of extras and nice touches. This is how she looked when I bought her.05 D3 HSE

In the last year I've had the following work carried out.
Gearbox rebuild at Bristol transmissions. This also included a new torque converter, front diff, rear propshaft, CV boot and all new trans fluids.
New timing belt, water pump and tensioner. Oil and filters.
New AMK compressor and relay.
3 new parking sensors
New door window trims x4
New genuine Land Rover badges front and rear, oval type
4 new Cooper discovery AT3 tyres. 285 50 R20
New wheel nuts. Solid type without the stainless steel capping
Clock spring for steering wheel.
2016 Range Rover Sport 380mm discs and 6 pot Brembo calipers
Rock sliders sand blasted and coated in Raptor coat. Fitted with stainless steel bolts and washers
Fitted the Easy Lift control module
New fuel flap lock mechanism.
I have plenty more work and mods in the pipeline so I'll update as I go and I'll upload some pics also.05 D3 HSE

So far I've used them on the beach, hard and soft sand, gravel tracks and loose sometimes steep stoney slopes. And in the bog as you can see in the pic.
I've had no issue with offroad performance, but these are the first tyres I have really used offroad as this is my first 4x4. So I can't really offer you much insight sorry.
What i will say is that on road the Cooper Zeon LTZ that were fitted before had slightly more front end grip when cornering.
I plan on getting a spare set of wheels and fitting mud terrain tyres in the future in order to compare the MT and AT. God knows when that will be though05 D3 HSE
