About time. They could go on to hit someone trying to get away. I've a friend who got dragged down the road when her handbag was stolen. Ten years later she's still on painkillers because of the injuries.I'm to old to know everything......

I was talking on the phone to my best mate when the pillion on a moped tried and failed to grab his iPhone. He was at The Elephant & Castle, London and it must have been 3-4 years ago.
That was probably just at the start of what has become almost an epidemic in London. Although the Met. say the figures have now fallen dramatically.
