Spares and tools for a trip to remote places

Thanks for all your additional comments and inputs.

PV installed on the roof-rack (primarily for the fridge), tyre compressor and all those general bits and pieces that you mentioned are packed. Having done similar trips with a Mercedes G some years ago, I'm now completing with the Disco 3 specific spares/tools.

The car will be shipped to South Africa this summer and then used to venture to the remote area's of Southern Africa during the holidays.

self-amalging tape or silicon tape - should fix any holed rubber tubing.

cans of the nasty stuff that fixes punctures but can Censored your tyres .... sometimes you have to just get moving again.

clear weatherproof tape for fixing broken lights.

Curious to know how the trip went? Hope all went smoothly. Disco 3 or 4 wouldn't be my choice for a trip like that, but very interested to know how it went.
