6 Stack CD Player

Hi All,

Have just rcently purchased an 05 HSE from stratstone Pickering and on returning home and getting out my cd's to have a dabble found that I cannot for the life of me get the cd's into the player. Have followed all instructions and have rang the dealer back who went through the loading process but still to no avail. I now have to tryand find a specialist to give me a quote and send this to Stratstone to authorise. Has aybody else suffered the same problem with there CD player (HSE).

No - not had this issue. Have you tried the 'eject all' option in the menu? Just to make sure nothing's jammed...

You shouldn't be doing the running around sorting out specialists if you've just bought it - take it back and get them to exchange the unit...

I struggled to get them into mine the first time (as I'd not read the instructions correctly)

I had to turn the unit on

Press CD

Press the number for the CD slot (1-6)

Then push the disk in.
