You have swollen nuts a very common issue 23mm will fit but I would suggest replacing them so you don't get caught out if you have a puncture

Alright it stopped raining, got the arm cleaned up so I could see what I need to do and got some photos.
Once again here is what I failed on.

Any thoughts on how the bushings look?

Have you had a big pry bar and pushed them back and forth as they look exactly like mine ... new arm fitted and whilst I done it also flexi brake pipes and the rigid pipe on the arm
The upper hub carrier looks good on a still photo but until you start taking apart that’s when you realise the extent of wear. I ordered a new upper hub carrier bush just in case and I did need it because the bolt was so badly corroded I couldn’t remove it without causing damage to the bushMetal auto sump & fluid change (3 hrs)
LR door puddle projectors (10 mins)
Tinted Bonnet wind deflector (10 mins)
All Intercooler pipes and Tbolts (2hrs)
3 injectors replaced so far (30mins)
Sunroof drain pipes both sides 2.5 hrs)
Rear discs, shoes, pads, callipers, flexi hoses, rigid brake line, n/s upper hub carrier bush and rear n/s upper arm (13hrs over 2 days)

It's on jack stands at the minute with no wheel on that side, just been out to give it another try and get it to wiggle a tad if I put some muscle into it, nothing that would make me think the bushings were collapsed as stated.
Will try and get the arm off tommorow to have a good look at the bushings.

I take it you mean mine look like yours did before you replaced them?
Hope I'm not going through all this trouble because they wanted a bit of dosh or I will be

Yeah as bad as mine, your middle and bottom picture, can just see on the middle picture the rubber to the right is out and the arm is hard over towards the left. I’m guessing it knocks now and then on certain bumps
When I started cutting the arm out it was full of mud
