It’s not a problem I have come across.It will be interesting to see what support you get if any.
You could try changing the brightness settings or maybe delete any recently installed apps or switch off Bluetooth and see what happens.Could be software or hardware related and diagnostics will be challenging. I have replacement screen you could try if all else fails.

Hi, Thanks for the tips.
I have been in a chat with Yanav store on Aliexpress website and they also suggested turning down the backlight in settings but I can't seem to find anything in there about backlight. Perhaps i'm looking in the wrong place.
They have also said that if that doesn't fix it they would send me a software update.
While i'm happy they are considering an update, i'm also a bit hesitant that it could screw the whole thing up with no way to get back.
I'm at bit stuck at the moment as the missus has run off with the motor for the morning

Reflection
Hi, I am wondering if there have been many issues with reflection of the screen versus the factory one which seems to work well.

The viewing angle is excellent and no problem with reflection or glare.
The large screen is particularly good for navigation and you have the option of split screen.
I have had mine installed now for two years and I won’t be going back to factory.

Dab + from a usb dongle and download app,full onscreen display and control. I never use the factory radio now.

Ok so Tesla screen installed.
But a few issues
I need to change the boot logo as it shows a evoque.
The doors open doesn’t show up on the screen.
And the Oemscreen is off set
It is a 2016 landmark
If anyone can help that would be great.2016 D4 Landmark

You can try this for the offset screen problem.
Go to Settings > Install Set > 666888ok >Landrover >Landrover > and select Landrover found 4BSC >ok.
Then go back and select save and reboot.
If that’s not working try Landrover found 4DZR.Make sure to note the original settings and any changes you make so you can go back.
It’s one of these settings so you may have to experiment.
I will look through my notes and see what I can find about the other issues.

Once you have found the correct Land Rover type the boot logo should also be resolved.

Door status not showing.
Go to install settings PassCode 666888 ok,change “show door state “to on,and “Right Side “to on,save and reboot.

So yes sorted the door piece.
But cannot sort origanal radio. I have been through all of the options there.
And found how to change the boot logo

Hi I would like to use the Tesla screen for maps in the main but want to use the LR DAB radio at the same time as reception is excellent. Can this be done?
