Did you check and top up the oil level while the engine was running ?
1st gear will not be used if you are in snow and ice mode. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Given motul think this is the right oil, I'd recheck levels to begin with.
Plus 1, As u say that motul is on the list, spec TYK500050, assume it doesn’t matter being the 4.4

Do a search for Filos automatic gearbox oil change on this site, you may find it in the wiki at the top of the page, it gives full instructions on how to do the oil change and more importantly how to check the level. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

10+ Litres is too much fluid.
Did you run up to temperature and then go through the gears and allow excess to drain to level at the operating temperature with the engine running?Must stop buying shiny toys....

Not sure with e ZF Fluid but it was posted before the oil is backwards compatible as the Mannol AG60 (used in the 8 speed) can be used in place of AG55 in a 6 speed ZF box.Must stop buying shiny toys....

If oil is causing the problem and you have checked the oil level when cold without the engine running you have not put enough in the gearbox.
Have a read at this, it may help you to understand the procedure:
