Hi Boss,
Did you ever make any progress with something that would allow our (older) PMs to be sent to an email address for archiving? The feature for emailing PMs as they arrive deals brilliantly with all the newer ones, but I'd love to be able to hive all the old ones off too.
I'm looking for a solution 'cos I've currently got "Your Sentbox is 110% full"

What format would be most useful for you to have the PMs in?

I'd have thought that for a first draft simple plain text would work, as for the majority of my PMs they are just text without embedded images. I'd be happy if you wanted a poll though; no rampant preference either way.
If you're feeling creative and want to dive for <html> straight away, then great!
My other preference is that it's available in 'bulk' from the each of the 'boxes - i.e. makes use of the checkboxes at the side of each post with a "Forward to email" button next to "Save marked" at the bottom. This would enable a quick clean out of a 'box with the least fuss (for the user that is; I know it's going to be a challenge for you  )
