Hi
Just posting because someone will ask one day
I'm currently shipping some 19" HSE rims (no tyres) and have found the weight to be 16.5kg or 36 pounds each.
Hope that helps somebody in the future.
If your experience differs, please let me know as I plan my diet on the bathroom scales used
Cheers- Mark

LR parts sticker says the weight of one D3 HSE 19" wheel is 16.060kg. Don't know if this includes the (fairly substantial) cardboard box as well.
So Good news - your scales may be slightly over-estimating your weight
Time for another beer D3 number 3: 08 TDV6 SE Stormygrey /owlpacker
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead now disintegrated - but its got a full service history!

Great news Dave, thanks
I did round up and the wheels have valves, balance weights and centre caps so I think for the exact answer you are spot on.
Cheers - Mark
