We had similar problems with the front screen on our D2 and it was replaced under warranty (at about 34mths) Renny Thomson

Mine seems to take quite a while to defrost - probably a couple of minutes or longer with "Prog" pushed - before there is any effect.
Is this the norm - would not be much longer if I just had the blowers going.

Depends how cold it is!
With the fluffy snow brushed off its quick, if its snow that's melted and frozen as ice, it takes a while longer.

Hmmmm not convinced mins ie working - took about 5 minutes this morning and the pattern of defrost suggested that it was the blowers not the heate windscreen that was doign the job. It wa -5 but I reckon I'll get it checke next time it is in.
