tinted glass at the dealers
Having regretted not ordering the tinted glass when I ordered the car I approached the dealer and given a price of £350 but could not tell me wheather that includes the driver and passenger door windows but assures me its the same as when you order it as an optional extra - so the question is does it include the driver and passenger door windows????????

shouldn't do... the 'privacy glass' option is all behind the b pillar... for insurance & legislative reasons

You can't have a full tint on the driver and passenger windows, not legal now. It's a visiblity thing. The tint has to be much less to conform. It sounds like it would only be from the rear doors back at that price.Discovery 3 'S' Bonatti Grey.

front window tints are now illegal, and if caught can lead to fine, or remove the tints there and then.
We had our D3 tinted for £250. B piller back.

Where did you get them from and how much? I have similar items on my C8 at the moment (though integrated into the door panels) and may do the same as you.Steve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Steve,
They are a perfect fit. If you look in my gallery you'll see the shades and the clips. I bought them for the summer but they look so good I've not taken them out. The submit best offer works and there are more pics on the sellers website.
HD3 gone for now
