I had something along these lines happen when I bought mine, I still ended up with a very good price but not as good as I originally signed up for. Looking back it grates that I did not persue my side of the contract that I signed.
Still may be worth phone calls to something like trading standards or citizens advice.
Don't get caught up with the idea of getting your D3 and have regrets after.
Good luck and enjoy it when you get it.Zermatt silver 06 reg.

Sorry to hear that Husky, the trouble is you end up getting all riled and the aggro just isn't worth it. It ruins the whole experience. Just wish a plague of locusts on him or his missus runs off with another woman and move on DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

Thanks guys your both so right!
One side of me (cliff) says its unfair and I want to go for the promised deal with no agreed compromise AND the other side (Pelyma) says lets just enjoy the car there has been enough stress already!
Right now after such a long wait I will be happy to move to the next stage where I can get into the great discussion about failed air suspension, bonging noises and how my tailgate struts broke off
