I have/had the same problem, I think it was the A-pillar trim, but I want to check the pollen filter too.
Open the glove box, squeeze the bars on the sides together and it will hinge down further.
Pollen filter is in black horizontal case at top inside, clip is on left, it then slides out - check if its damp.

I have exactly this problem... Autoglass are in the process of sorting.
However the finishing strip that sits on the top edge of the wiper/plenum chamber housing isn't watertight. Therefore, water can run straight down the windscreen, under the strip and into the pollen filter... 
Have ordered a replacement cover from TLO to see if it sorts it.
(A pillar trims are new and have new clips)
Any update on this please?

Thanks for the update.
I'm going to try replacing the plastic plenum chamber cover, with the thinking being that it never used to leak.
Might give the duct tape a go though... 2020 SDV6 D5 HSE, Carpathian Grey +

Anybody advise on how much of a squeeze ?? I've tried mine to what seems like breaking point and still no go 
Don't want to break it

The plastic catches on mine do not need much force at all. Are you sure pressing in the right place?
