I got a hold of some white Led's for mine because the normal 501's look really yellow.
They look pretty close to the xenons
Don't know if you can tell but i drilled out the point for the side marker light, same as the NAS lights.
Some guys don't like it but i think it looks good. oh and if anyone does it make sure you use 3w 501's otherwise you get to much of a bright orange dot not a glow from the strip. also the 5w bulbs will melt your fitting. Pic shows it to be a dot but it aint in realityCurrent: D3 commercial

tawny the normal 501's are 5w as you kno but if you put led's in the normal side light place. dont use the old 5w's to make the marker glow because they will melt the fitting. it gets hot because there is not much space for air to move around. 3w are perfect.
Thanks for the comment, I like the look too. Current: D3 commercial

I was just saying how i drilled the inside of the light fitting to put a bulb in the orange marker light but make sure the bulb you put in is only a 3w. if you take your light out you will see to points inside where a sidelight bulb can be put one is to the clear lense (normal sidelight location) then the other is blanked off but there is wires and a bulb holder too. drill out the blank and push in the bulb holder. this makes the marke glow.Current: D3 commercial

Just got them off fleebay. Was a little selective though as there's a few junk ones on there. Like I say, just make sure they say White. Had some in before but they were to blue so swaped them out.Current: D3 commercial

Hi all,
a question for those of you who bought from AutobulbsDirect.co.uk: did you get this product:
I'm also looking to match the sidelights and the licenseplate lights at the back to the Zenons and replace them with 501 Leds. Just too many types and makes to choose from so hoping that some of you can confirm the above product is the right choice...
Thanks in advance, Paul
