If I were you I would reject the goods as being not fit for purpose and return them to the seller.
I would then see if anyone on the forum has recently bought a D4 and had the dealer fit the extended roof rails.
You see, this would mean that they would have a set of brand-new virtually un-used roof rails (including the end pieces) just kicking around the garage.
If you ask further, that same person may even have a pair of roof bars that they are willing to sell too.
Just a thought!

Discodad - I think your post is out of order and purely selfish to sell your own goods.
The roof rails were sold complete otherwise I wouldn't have sold them. I am doing what I can to help Brian.

Gave them a call on there web Number,then got the Rotherham Number,then got through to sales and after 30 mins got told cant get it.
