hi all
i know with the faultmate you can do loads of mods but was wondering if anyone know sif you can set the powerfold mirrors to fold automatically when you lock the car or take key out of ignition as you can with hand brake on feature MY05 SE D3 Manual my first LR what a car
MY10 HSE D4 auto
MY14 XXV more buttons than the spaceshuttle

There have been a couple of recent discussions about this and the consensus is that's it's not possible. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

i supplied a set of power fold mirrors to one of our Austrailian friends recently so he could retro fit them and he was succsessful
it boiled down to having to have elec & memory seats as the seat module controls the power fold for it to work TLO has left the building.......

Does that mean my five year old D3 HSE (with elec & memory seats that work of the ignition key) can do this ?
when all sid & done to fold the mirrors is only hoding the mirror control down anyway........
one would have thought with the complexity of the electrics..it could be done
......was amazed at a previous post today said if you get some body control upgrade you can have three flas indicators...just like the lowest cost Fiesta
ps have you got any sat nav discs in yet please ? BREXIT - done properly.

i did it about 3 years ago ...but the way i did it you couldnt have auto locking set to on ( well not with out more faffing )
Living in Manchester i would rather have the auto locking  G4 Gone ...but not forgotten

dont use the auto lock so not bothered about that
