It just goes to prove that LR's statement that the autobox is 'filled for life' and does not need 'any' servicing until 150k has been clocked - is a complete load of 
I have now decided to carryout a regular fluid change (double flush) every 50k following a mega flush at 80k
It definitely makes quite a difference to smoothness of changing gear and has eliminated any judder  Never get mad - get even !!
06 D3 now gone to family member and still going strong at 265k
