Replacing rear wiper motor

Hi folks,

I need your help, I would like some step-by-step instructions for replacing the rear wiper motor on my 06 Discovery3. The bit that concerns me most is removing/replacing the plastic panel.

Your advice would be appreciated.

Thanks' in advance

Remove the plastic panel from the lowest part first as the top is held on with metal spring clips, I thought it was going to break at first then thought sod it its coming off regardless!

Any clips I should get in stock before hand (part No)? I guess some will break.
