Old post I know but just experienced this only today. Definitely from under the drivers seat and the movement of the drivers seat jumps in conjunction with the relay clicks. Thought it was the brake light switch at first and that all the other drivers would of been thinking I was attempting morse code on the break lights
Will try and find the white plug and disconnect for a while D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo

I had this issue today, clicking and jumpy seat movements. Also in wet weather??
I cured mine by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, once reconnected all back to normal. I don't think it's the battery getting low as I never started the engine in between this process.
Interested if anyone else had this fault during wet weather?

This occurred in mine yesterday in warm dry weather, no wet carpets, nothing under the seat trapping it.
I pulled fuse 46 out to prevent battery drain, as the battery is only 2 weeks old (Exide EA1000).
I shall try to pull the seat memory module plug off next time. 1998 Defender 110 TUM HS FFR Hard Top XD WOLF

Update:
I pulled fuse 46 out and left it overnight, the MM seems to have reset itself and is no longer ticking.
