Duncan, don't know if there is a kit for retrofitting the lamps but at least one member has a photograph of the back of the bumper (when it was removed for a winch, I think). The bar shows a cutout section that could be cut to take a fog lamp fitting I assume.
I do recall discussions about the fact that you might have to talk to your dealer to get some mods to the computer so that the lights come on as per the standard ones. I do not know if that involves a change of light switch but maybe someone who has been through the 'pleasure' could enlighten.

RETRO FIT FT FOGS
: Hi Duncan, Just fitted ft fogs to my Disco, Not a bad job. Just buy the lamps, surround cowls and small harness leads along with a new headlamp switch for an SE or HSE with extra pullout for ft fogs.Remove ft bumper and cut out holes for lamps which are marked on back of panel, clip in lamps and connect harness connectors to main harness which is taped back to body.refit the bumper and fit new headlamp switch, fit fuse in fuse box to supply power and they will work.(p.s New Headlamp switch will have position for auto headlamps, which will not work)

Haven't done it yet, sorting out a couple of other issues like park brake etc. Its having leather fitted next week. It is about 2 weeks before I will get round to it.
Sorry for the delay I will post before and after pictures and a detailed break down on how its done.
