I suspect the answer will be no...
If you go armed with the technical bulletin LR released saying their clutch is , you may get somewhere. Even if it is only a contributor to the cost of repair, anything is better than nothing My D3 Build Thread

Hi,
When it happened to me I didn't notice the clutch slipping on the commute as i only get upto 30/40mph, but when putting foot down in 5th gear at 2000 revs on a longer run there he was slipping all over the place .
One thing I looked at before approaching the dealer (besides the disco3 site) was reverse burden of proof (in sale of goods act), says that if you find a fault within 6 months of purchase it is down to the dealer to prove that the fault wasn't in existence at the point of sale, google it for more info. I think if you want to go down this route depends on how the dealer reacts to you when you first raise the fault with them, but hope it helps your case if they fall back on "sorry its not covered as wear and tear"....

I think you will be very lucky to get anything from the dealer on a worn clutch. The law of "let the buyer beware" will probably apply.
However, I've always found Liam (Customer Services section of this Forum) to be a reasonable person to speak to. He is keen to make sure the dealers are seen in the best possible light. I've heard that Land Rover appointed a new head of Customer Services fairly recently and he is working hard to increase customer satisfaction.
Try Liam.
