Personally, I think the diesel V6 sounds almost as good as the V8, especially pulling hard at low revs.

There are a number of potential problems. The tank could be placed underneath, there is a space, but that is not the main issue. Tax from this government as Scorpio says is imminent. Once they smell blood they are after it and gas is going up at the moment. In theory they cannot tax gas for about 3 years under EU rules, but Blair can do anything as he has shown, but then most dictators can.
