Slid the wheel straight off over it and removed the remainder with a pair of Molegrips
That was after I tried and failed with every variety of removal tool under the sun
Was it easy to grind the rest of the head off the wheel nut to leave just the collar. We got one wheel with no locker at all, one wheel we managed to remove locker with the key, one wheel the heads sheered off as above^^^ and one wheel the top of the locker is just spinning and after about 4 hours yesterday with a hacksaw blade attached to a pair of mole grips I’ve only managed to cut through a small line through the cap so I will be acquiring a dremel and sorting it that way thanks for the help

Wasn't to bad to do with a Dremel
Because there is a washer behind the nut it didn't damage the wheel, once down to the washer the washer just gently pried off and the wheel slid off over the remaining collar.
Once the wheel was off it the collar came off easily
Need to go steady to avoid damaging the wheel but I got mine off in 10 minutes or so taking it really steady
Used two or three of the little cuting discs
