I work on the premise that her having a husband with permagrin is worth more than money to her! Also, she has been making good use of my D3 for the past three months as her new car has been delayed so I am quids in with the Brownie Points!.. Now ther's a thought - maybe I should cash-in the Brownie Points and ask her to pay for a re-map as compensation for all the use she has had D4 HSE MY2015

Solution - leave for work an hour earlier every morning and get a paper round! You could get a re-map within a year and MRS DSL wouldn't have a clue (until the g-forces press her backinto her seat!! )D4 HSE MY2015

Well...pre-tune I was getting 21 -21.5mpg ...as documented on various threads on the subject...now I'm back up in the 24.5 to 25 mpg range I was getting pre-Expo rack \ MTR's\ A bar. Unfortunately, I was far too eager and had the re-map befor the car was a week old so I have no "before" reference data. However, I am also getting 23-25 mpg and I have to admit to two short hops of 7 miles from cold every day. What's really annoying is that the computer reads 29mpg when I am being a good boy! I really struggle to get my head arpound the 500-600 miles per tank reported elsewhere in this forum but I guess I will always be on a quest for a little more mpg/power. Not because money is an issue but because that's just the way I am - always wanting things to work to the best of their ability.D4 HSE MY2015

DSL........ WORK.........
I'll just have to do without the Torq tune type thingy, beside Mrs DSL's an accountant so might be able to pack her out to work! Mrs DSL would notice if I had my car done as she'd notice the difference straight away as she tends to drive it most.
