Just checked the tax liability, even as a high rate tax payer it will only cost around £60 per month in tax for one, bit of a no-brainer I guess. 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

Its crazy the company thinks the Prious is eco-friendly though, a Polo BlueMotion Deisel has co2 emissions of 99g/km, less than the Prious's 104g/km, and does 74mpg vs the Prious's 65mpg, AND its not full of nasty batteries and has been shipped round the world twice in production.
Of course its a boring Polo - so what you want really is the 1.3 multijet Fiat 500, its 110g/km and 67mpg, but its a hoot to drive...
Of course its really about perception, the Prious is not an economical car by today's standards, but the company want them lined up outside, especially in senior parking spaces, as it looks like they are "green".
Of course the 2009 prious is supposed to do 113mpg according to the press, now that would be worth looking like a hippy on the motorway for! Disco3 is now gone but not forgotten. Waiting for Disco6 with full aluminium construction weight reduction and hybrid engine...
