Yep, front near side lower, rear offside upper and both rear ARB links. Plus the prop shaft.

Got a couple of busy weekends ahead of me.

I was just thinking get her through the MOT then sort the issue our at your leisure.

My only other concern was the list of advisories and if another test centre decided they were a fail. Got enough to sort out with the failures plus paying for its 14th birthday belts and oil pump in a couple of weeks.

Finally figured out how to do live data

At idle, getting:

Inj 1:684
Inj 2:956
Inj 3:1036
Inj 4:1034
Inj 5:1212
Inj 6:1344

Is it possible to tell from those figures the state of the injectors?

Thanks

Yeah.

I think replacing one or two injectors would fix that.

I can’t remember if you replace the high or low value ones. High I think.

I would replace inj 6 and go from there.

I think you will find the low one will come up when high one replaced.

Thanks, will look at changing injector 6 and see if it makes a difference.

Just need to figure out which one that is!

Its the rear one on the lefthand side. The most difficult to replace.

I'm dealing with very similar fault codes except mine is smoking alot and my number 6 offset looks normal.

Will change No. 1 injector this week and let you know how I get on. Likewise, will keep an eye for an update for yours.

I had this quite a few years back. I spent £1k on diagnosis, £2k on new injectors, all of which made it far worse - this was at a main dealer.

I ended up changing the engine at another £5k, that was one of disco mikey’s first I believe.

It can suddenly get very expensive very quickly as I found out.

Do as little as possible, and do not return any injectors until you get somewhere.

Maybe try and get an endoscope and look inside the cylinders, one of mine was very wet, I just couldn’t afford to keep paying for diagnosis and at that time spares weren’t available anyway

In some cases it can mean a valve stuck open. Or not sealing fully.
