Retro Fit Remote Park Heating (RPH) onto LR4 HSE 2010MY

Hi,
I am new to the forum and hope you can help me.

I would like to Retro Fit,Remote Park Heating onto my 2010MY (12/7/10) LR Disco4 HSE 3.0 TDV6.

I have seen threads on the site that suggests it is easy to fit and that I will need the following;

1) Receiver -old Part No LR008656 replaced by new Part No LR 036695
2) Antenna -old Part No LR008654 replaced by new Part No LR 021140
3) Remote -Part No LR0274934

In addition I would also need the following Software update;
1) The Car Configuration File (CCF) updated to enable the function.

Can you please let me know if there is anyone in the Glasgow area that could supply and fit the parts for me (including software updates)?

I'm also after Remote Park Heating on 2012 HSE. Anyone Gloucestershire area who does it? Having had it on the D3 it feels a step backwards not having it on D4.
