Big problem

Been away with work for almost 2 weeks, returned today. D3 started on the button but noticed a slow puncture on rear right tyre. Drove the 2 miles to the garage to pump it up. Had a few lights on and a judder from the TC, which I put down to the flat ish tyre.
Pumped it up and set off, got onto the roundabout just by the fuel station and the ABS cut in and kept me down to less than 5 mph. Once the steering was straightened I had full power. Turn to the right again and loss of power. Limped into the garage as I now thought it was bad pressures on the front. Both were spot on. Set off again and same issue, but this time as soon as I straightened the wheels I had a dash full of lights, little picture of D3 with arrow so-r and up and down, yellow circle with ! In the centre and another I can't remember. Special programmes off and lowered suspension. But it had full power, no ABS cutting in. Limped it home and it's now sat on the drive. Every time I start it I have no dash lights but as soon as I drive it and turn right it goes through the same process.

Any ideas? Haven't had time to connect my BAS box to see what codes are recorded.

Is it a cheap/easy fix?
Or do I need to get it done at a garage?

Will need to be done at a garage or by someone with sdd/Autologic/fault mate. Takes minutes to do

Is there anyone around Bristol that anyone knows of? Don't want to drive it to far with lowered suspension.

It does sound like steering angle sensor but why should it suddenly start playing up after being parked for a time and why the loss of power?

Check the codes first. Wink

I'd be looking at the wiring in the wheel-arch that had the puncture, but getting those codes read can only help.

Wasn't really a puncture, just low pressure, been like it for a month or so. Wife didn't tell me about until I drove it a few weeks ago. She just took it to the garage next to her office and they just kept pumping it back up to pressure. Didn't occur to them to fix it. Go figure.
Went from 36psi down to 30 over a 2 week period

I'd still check it as they don't fix punctures with the wheel on the car.

I have no doubt that they haven't fixed the puncture. Just taken the easy way out and kept pumping it up.
Will have a look tomorrow when I get home from work.

Any ideas of faultmate owners around Bristol

Ah, so you still have the puncture.

Right, managed to find time to have a look at theD3 now. Perks of having 3 cars I suppose.

I can get in the car and start it, no issues or lights.
Move the steering from full left lock to full right lock and get the fault lights as previously mentioned and special programmes off.
Plug in the BAS remap module and search for fault codes and get the following

P2199, when you put that into the BAS search box it comes up with

Intake air temperature 1/2 correlation

Not sure what that has to do with my issues.

Any ideas??
