2010 D4 power?

Looking at a January 2010 D4 HSE, 3.0TDV6, can anyone tell me is that going to be the 245BHP engine or the 210BHP version?

The brochure I found states:

TDV6 3.0 210hp Auto

SDV6 3.0 245hp Auto

Confused! Thought it was only commercials that were the lower output.

245. The only difference between a 3.0l tdv6 and 3.0l sdv6 is a DPF

Not true - early 3.0L TDV6 had no DPF, later ones did though I don't know the change date. SDV6 was introduced for the 12MY which also brought in the lower power rating on the TDV6. Later TDV6's with the lower power are identified as having the rotary gear selector. A 2010 will be 245bhp.

When did the dpf come in as mandatory in the UK? ISTR there is part of the VIN that identifies if a dpf is fitted or not. Confused

The DPF was an option on MY10 D4's - both 2.7 TDV6 and 3.0 TDV6

Also the MY10 D4 was available with both the 2.7 TDV6 and the 3.0 TDV6, (the former on the GS and Commercial only, but you could by a GS, XS or HSE with the 3.0)

No manuals on the 3.0


Confused. com Laughing


All above according to MY10 price lists
