Strange... I can feel left foot well change from hot to cold with the dial. I can hear anything moving due to the engine and blower sound. But I guess the change in temp is a good sign.

It feels weakened. I’m wondering if it’s something blocking the vent between the pipe outlet and the footwell wall. Maybe insulation covering the vent. I’ll investigate more.

Backs seem to be blowing warm but not very powerful.

Maybe the new coolant has improved the heating quality? The last one I put in was red but might not have been the right one.

Pecking my head big time. It’s definitely improved since removing the matrix.

Investigating further I’ve found the 4 small heater outlets in passenger foot well are not aligned with the trim!

I think the air flow is half blocked so causing a weak quality

Has anyone had this issue and how would I set the vents to sit in position please?

Might try pull them through slightly with pliers as it’s out of eye sight wouldn’t matter if it got scuffed.

Grrrr hah
