If I understand you correctly you are asking about fitting the rear ladder with this spoiler??
If that is correct then I would say almost certainly yes. My rear step has a big bulge near the top to accommodate the spoiler.

This is a pain as I can't mount the rooftent over the rear of the D3 as the boot lid won't open as the ladder fouls the underside of the tent Evil or Very Mad HONI SOIT QUI MAL Y PENSE
