^ Sounds like me and the FFRR Autobiography. One day I’ll read the handbook, but until I do, I rather enjoy the regular delight of discovering another thing I didn’t realise it had and that somehow I’ve managed to survive without. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Stupid questions when trying to sell something. Have got an Icarsoft listed on Gumtree and facebook marketplace clearly listed as being for all Japanese makes. So far been asked if it will work on a Mini, a Seat and a Mercedes 2006 TdV6 HSE.

Lol. I did try it on my Focus and the basic bits did work but not the in-depth parts which is what you want really.
P.S. Don’t duck Gary. It won’t do your back any good 2006 TdV6 HSE.

Towing...motorway...you might be in a rrs, you might be French, you might be in a range rover...but the outside lane is not for towing in and the speed limit is not 80...it's not even 70

Whilst i would agree people sitting in lane 2 or 3, not someone towing in lane three or towing above the limit. TBH i might have been more accepting if it was a decent trailerMike

If they are sitting in L3 and going slowly, I just stay in L1 and go past them, so long as I won't need to pull out around something in the moments immediately afterwards of course, as that would likely be considered an overtake on the inside. If they're sat in L2 going slowly and L1 is clear for a good distance, then I just sweep around them L1-L3-L1. Amazing how many wake up and pull in to L1 when I do that.Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

Exactly right RRSTDV8, it is only illegal if you 'undertake' and then pull in front of the knob which gave rise to the move in the first place.
I spend most of my working days with a trailer on the back and often have to do this in order to make progress.
If the lane you are in is moving faster than that on your right, you can pass within the law.
And before all those goody two shoes start harking on about what they think the law is, for my sins I now have a motorcycle traffic cop as a relative, and if anybody knows, he should.

IIRC, many Police view the 1-3-1 approach to be more risky than passing on the inside: the former is three manoeuvres (each of which has a risk associated with it); the latter is a single manoeuvre.

Building one of these where the instructions made no sense what so ever , that was only after the first 2 x hours trying to make sense of the brackets etc
Christ I don’t think they could have broken it down any more for self assembly apart from sending a welder with it
Well that’s 4 x hours I ant getting back whilst sitting on the kitchen floor
Poor candy I think had her ears under the blankets from all the swearing

It never ceases to boil my blood when I watch the members of the MLOC. I've joined a near empty motorway behind one of these numpties and watched then move straight out in to L2. L1 empty as far as the eye can see but they move straight in to L2. Suffice to say I just stay in L1 and go past them, usually with a dirty look across at them - my best Paddington Bear stare! Well I must admit I didn’t know that , I always thought that undertaking on the LH hand side was always illegal
Thanks as learn something everyday
Ps, drives me nuts when people sit in lane 2/3 when L1 is completely empty

Plus 1 with the middle lane hoggers , it’s an offence now isn’t it , they should be fined for undue care and attention
