Silver Badges - Stage 1 - Complete
Well, got my delivery of 5 centre wheel badges - boy were they hard to remove the badges from
Then to the wheels, as since I have had them coloured anthracite, the green LR badges don't really suit...
So after a lot of tugging I managed to get the badges off, then on with the new black ones....
Not a mjor mod, but hey, makes the wheels look a lot better in my opinion.
As for stage 2, this is already in progress as the rear badge has been replaced, just got to change the front badge and steering wheel badge then all done

Black wheel studs would be nice - but ISTR they were discontinued owing to the paint coming off.
I know I had all mine replaced on my '54 model under warrenty from black to silver.

Thanks for the comments guys
I managed to get them from e-bay - the centre wheel badges from the RRS, got 5 for £15.00 inc.
My 5th one is for my steering wheel to which Wiggs has already done, its the only badge left to do, as 'Stage 2' was the front and rear badges which have now been done too
However, I have found 2 more badges - on the mounts of my driving lamps - not sure how I am going to get them Black and Silver

Here is the link to the e-bay auction I bought them from...
Although the auction is ended, it is saying there are 18 sets left. I cheekily asked for 5 for the same price, and got them

Has anyone attempted to re-badge or apply a different badge to the plastic door pop out toggles that are on either front door? The in-laid logos that are just right of the passenger shoulder, and left of the driver shoulder....or opposite for the Discovery 3....16 D4 Landmark
