Censored weather? It's almost tropical here!

Perhaps I'm just never satisfied... Laughing

Switzerland 2008 Discovery 3 TDV6 HSE Auto Buckingham BlueDiscovery 3

It took less than 5 minutes to do!

The main casing easily pulls apart. The sensor is removed by pushing down to sliding clips (one each side). The sensor casing can then be (carefully) slid off the rain sensor lenses. Taped over - and replaced.

Really easy - thanks Yogi!

You see, I've wanted to do this since getting the D3, but the follow me home lights get on my threp'ny bits!

Dave, the lights only come on given the sequence you use to turn everything off. From memory if you turn the lights off before the ignition they don't come on. You could also program the Landrover button to do the lights, you can then turn them straight off if needed.

Yeah i know, I did the mod a while back, and did use the 3rd remote button to switch them off, but that turned out to be more hassle than turning the switch... Rolling with laughter
