I have the same warning and it's my front transfer relief valve that's away or there's a wiring fault one of those two.
I am going to try and replace it and see if it behaves, worth getting the fault codes read could be something simple enough, love how everyone jumps on the new compressor route.

Cheers for that tip. Where did you get the kit from?
I've looked into removing the air compressor says it involves removing x3 bolts and then the air lines. Is there anything more complicated to this, including replacing the new seals? I'm no mechanic but handy at anything...how long did it take you to do?
Is it ok to still drive with the fault code as prob won't have the chance to repair until next week
Cheers..Pete

Thanks for that MarkOne.
Might just be worth a plug in. How much should I expect to pay for a diagnostic?Pete

Could be an air leak, at the dryer, or the air tank
Thanks Mikey!
How complicated is it to remove the compressor and replace the seals and drier filter?
Where's best to source the repair kit? Pete

Been there, done that. I had the same warning light which always went off if I re-started the engine, then came on some time layer. Disco_Mikey diagnosed a leak from the air dryer and fitted a replacement (The old one had a hairline crack between the air connections which I could barely see) but all is now well. Top job from a top bloke - happy days!

Piece of to do
Remove the bottom cover, unbolt the compressor from the chassis. Once lowered, you can see the drier, held on with a single screw, remove screw and twist anti clockwise, then pull off. It can be tight/stuck on the o-ring, but persevere, and spray with something slippy, to help it off.
Up to you whether you replace the silica beads, or replace the whole dryer. IMHO, do the dryer. Costs around £85 or so. Don't forget the chassis captive nuts, and new bolts
Before spending the cash though, remove the cover, and spray the dryer with soapy water, as well as the air tank. The dryer leaks between the blue and red/orange pipe unions, and the air reservoir leaks at the front end My D3 Build Thread
