Bloody neighbours
So I have been away with work all week. My D3 hasn't moved. Come back to find a load of scratches and some deep chips along my disco. Lighter ones have been occurring but I couldn't pin it to a location. Problem is with shared spaces I don't know which neighbour to confront.
Obviously I don't want to cause a problem it just really me off when people don't respect other peoples property. They obviously know they have done it as there is also non dusty areas around it where they have rubbed it with their fingers.
I think the solution is to leave it in off road height and get some tree sliders. Shame huh.

I would go around and ask them. say you think its been vandalised and before you call the police you want to check non of the neighbours has accidently scratched it.Duncan

my cars all have blackvues and I park them facing each other.
caught neighbour scratching cars (all repaired at his expense)
coincidentally all the panels he scratched had offroad damage...not anymore
the idea of asking neighbours before going to cops sounds good.
without before pics its going to be hard to prove. It is better to have and not need it then need and not have it.

I don't think it's malicious I thinks it purely not respecting other peoples property and opening doors wide for children etc.

Tell one neighbour that the other has blamed them and could they move their car to that space so you can line up the scratches with their door to see if it's true.... they'll soon confess with a "oh yes, was going to tell you when you came back"
And if it's not them they'll be straight round to the other neighbour for a row so you'll soon see who is guilty MY15 DIY Black Pack (Better than factory and half the price!)

Nope, no story, never been one to tell fibs, I've got neither the inclination, nor the time TBH, but had plenty told to me. People try to impress, gain advantage or seek attention. I just get fed up with prevarication. My tolerance is an absolute zero for that stuff.
