Cars back, handbrakes fixed, but not happy,
Garage has done 40 odd of miles in it, handbrake set up no way needs that many putting on it, it was spotless when it went in over a week ago ( took pictures as insurance ) and it’s come back covered cow ( you can smell it) and the final kick in the knackers it’s covered tiny white / silver paint overspray where they have obviously sprayed something close by to it 🤬🤬🤬
Either the warranty company or the garage is getting a rocket tomorrow to put it right then it’s name and shame time.

Might put some of that tape in the car. Had some to fix an airline (diddnt work, too much pressure) but better to have it in my parts bag in the side locker than at home!Disco 3: Lotus Elise S1: Ferguson T20: Audi A2

New rims and tires. The rims I got from a gentleman on this forum. Tires are Pirelli Scorpion AT Plus. Having driven them today 200 I’m very happy with them.
IMO the D3 looks better with the D4 rims than the standard D3 HSE 5-spoke ones.

Took the old D3 to the garage today & came back with a 2016 Landmark D4.
So against better judgement i'm still in the fold

That's great Dexter, fantastic news that they relaunched the D4 in the 202Os.
But how do you know...... how did you get there and back again ...... do you also own a DeLorean

Up to Dundee on Thursday. New discs and pads fitted front and rear along with near side rear backplate and new parking brake shoes. An A service. All good. Yesterday put diesel in for the first time in 4 months!Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.

Panic stations when after picking up a second hand dog guard at 60 mph we had major gearbox fault special programs not available and suspension lowered not nice and the Mrs was not amused, after a on off re set she was up and running again till 2 minutes from when she got home and did the same again, but of research on here and I checked the bulbs in the back end low and behold 1 blown reverse light and one rather crispy but still working indicator bulb. Quick swap of bulbs and back to normal service.
Fitted the dog guard and all’s well again now.

New to me so time to tidy
Picked up my first D3 just before the weekend so starting to work through the list of tasks on her. Got a few cosmetic bits done.
