Possible boot cable snapped
Is the anybody close to Woking who can help me open the back boot doors. Loaded the shopping in today and got home and could t open the boot. I can hear the motor turning but won't open. Is there a manual release? Thank

If you can hear the solenoid but the door doesn't release it'll be the cable end snapped off, no doubt about it. Mods:

You have to get to the cable in the lower tailgate behind the door card and pull it to release Altox GSM FBH controller thread

All sorted. I drilled new holes about an inch closer and reused the same cable. See photo.
