The body is being lifted off my D3 next week I have quite a bad oil leak at the rear of the engine so I have decided to have it lifted and sorted. While its off I will do a few other jobs like check cross over pipe, brake pipes and then I have taken a day off work to clean chassis and treat it. Also I am nosey and want to see it come off I will of course take pictures or else it never happened. O yes and take off high pressure pump and have it checked to see if we can get to the bottom of the surging problem at traffic lights and the nearly stalling. Mick (Flack) thinks it could be the low pressure pump in the tank because before he went away Fortified by Haffners pies he did a pressure check and it was a little low. That was going off Robbies guide to all things diesel pumped So in fact both low and high pressure pumps will be checked. Anybody think of anything else while he has his kit off ?

Mark, many men would have given up by now - I take my hat off to you
How's your Mrs taking the news - mine would have insisted a trade in on a VW Sharan some time ago I reckon
She wont know, it has regularly disappeared for days on end over the last year. Got to say it has not been the most reliable or the cheapest car to own but I did not buy it for that. If I wanted cheap and reliable I would have bought a Nissan Micra
Wait a minute I did because my wife wrote the last one off
I had a long list of issues with my D3, got them all sorted in the end & it was as sweet as can be, then I sold it!Paul.
06 Java Black HSE - gone
12 Baltic Blue HSE - gone
15 Fuji HSE Lux
Club Biscuits, mmmm nice!
Traxide/Luna hybrid & Yellow top
Some Prospeed bits
+ some other stuff
Club N.E.R.D.s.
I cant afford to, I would not want to either Paul as it will have had most things done. I will ring you as soon as Deb goes out

Cue gratuitous body off picture. Really enjoyed the exprience.
I Changed the turbo but also decided to change rear upper suspension arms while body was off.
