Likely a 'plus' number of heads in. Would have more team leaders, skilled repairs, etc. for both absence cover and ensuring no bottleneck at end-of-line. Normal custom and practise on things like overtime and this is no different. You don't know who is going to turn up at present as absentee rate is (more) variable and higher level than normal.
There is also a bit of pent-up desire to 'get going' and many see beating a target as a bit of a challenge and these sort of times the teams will generally put the effort in

No they only produce x number of cars per shift not the maximum they can build as they only build to order. They don’t have enough orders to run 2 shifts so you run one shift for 3 weeks then furlough them and bring in the other shift and so on. DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone

I've got the Barclays app, having signed in tap on Pay & Transfer at the bottom of the screen, and then tap on Pay in a Cheque from the 6 buttons that come up.
I tried to use this about a week or so ago, the app asks you to take a photo of the front and back of the cheque but it won't square up and save the picture of the cheque. So having messed around for 20 minutes or so I gave up and went into the local branch.
So although I could find the function it still didn't work!
Con confirm: It's borked. Has been for the last 2 updates. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Online shops that let you check stock at a given collection location then, when you place the order, tell you that you'll have to wait a week for the item to get there.
Argos - what's the f**king point of telling someone the item is available for collection from a particular Sainsburys the next day and then when "pay now" is pressed, take the payment before telling them there's a week's delay.
Cancelled the order, as much in a fit of pique as any other reason. I'll take my money elsewhere now, thanks. Gits. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

Trying to buy a tablet for my Mum so she can skype. I was just trying to find somewhere that had the thing in stock. Ended up using Currys PC World!
Never bought from either John Lewis or Ocado, Hugh, that I can remember. I normally just go where ever's convenient, be it Sainsbury's, Tesco, CoOp. Don't really like Waitrose or Aldi/Lidl but will use them at a push.
I do use a local butcher for meat where possible. Visiting from rrsport.co.uk

McDonalds opened here today. At 8.00pm roads were absolutely grid-locked with about 100 cars trying to get in from four directions as it is on an intersection with traffic lights. Morons

The sisterinlaw got cheap android tablets for both my dad and her dad ... neither are good with tech. Disaster.
Upgraded her dad to a Portal ... he loves it. Gets calls from his friends in UK and across Europe, even from US and Canada.
Not used one personally but given the times I've had to "repair " his TV because he's pressed the wrong buttons on the remote, Portal has to get my vote for ease of use. .

Really ! - Are we going to change every road, street, pub, car! that has the word Black in it
I abhor racism and any form of discrimination against anyone, but I also abhor revisionist history. Educate people on the past and put it in the context of the times. Sadly there will be a swathe of calls to change names by the PC zealots and snowflakes. New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)
