So tank was dropped again and no obvious issues with pipes etc so that's ruled that out.

Working on the HPFP sensor, how do I tell If that is faulty or not?

you can not you just change it, not much money from eBay.

Had a look and Under £30, so will order one in the morning.

Are these just a simple job of sensor off and new one on?

So I am trying to get the old one off, not moving at all Mad ..... I assume there is nothing out of the ordinary that I need to do to take it off?

Will it need (is it safe) to put a bit of heat on it as it may be stuck with being in there for so long, If not what is the alternative to get it off?

It's Off but the supplier sent the wrong sensor, anyone know where I can get a 55PP1902 fuel rail sensor quickly?

Thanks for that but that's the one I got initially and it was the wrong one, eventually got one from someone else but cost me way more.

So 2nd sensor has arrived and its still not fixed, still showing gearbox and HDC faults but now has 'P0192 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit low input', which is new after replacing with the sensor this morning, FAULTY SENSOR???

Only thing different is the part number fitted is 55PP19-01 as apposed to original 55PP19-02, however I was told that this cross references to it.....

Codes wont clear and I now have Gearbox & HDC faults coming on straight away unlike prior to sensor change where it was about 10 seconds after starting when It would come on.

We also have a new dash warning where it states 'ENGINE SYSTEM FAULT',

Alongside a few U codes which like the 'P0192 Fuel rail pressure sensor circuit low input' will not clear down with the machine.

Can anyone advise or has any ideas???

So not related to new sensor even though fault code is different after fitting replacement?
